Shipping & returns
What types of delivery do we offer and what do they cost?
In the EU, we use DHL to deliver your order. We aim to process your order as swiftly as possible and provide estimated delivery dates, but please note we cannot always guarantee delivery dates where it’s out of our control.
Standard shipping to an EU address is FREE on all orders over €45.
Orders for next-day delivery should be placed by midday Monday-Friday. Orders received after midday on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
In the unlikely event that the eatsleepdoodle product you order is out of stock, we’ll get in contact to ask if you’d rather keep the goods on backorder (where possible) or receive a refund.
We hope you enjoy your eatsleepdoodle gift but if ever there is an issue please get in touch via email on email@example.com.
If you wish to return your order, please note that all items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging and in the same condition they were received to be eligible for a full refund. Returns can be made up to 30 days after receipt of the goods. We’d always recommended you get proof of posting when returning a product, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We’ll refund you using the same method you used to pay and we'll aim to process your refund as soon as possible.
Should you need to cancel your order, please email us with your name and order number and, if the goods haven't already been sent out to you, we will process a cancellation and refund asap.
If in the very rare case something is wrong with the products in your order please get in touch with us.
Please take extra care to read our product care labels as we can’t accept items if damage has been caused by incorrect washing.
To return an item to us, please pack your return well and either include the original invoice or include a slip of paper your name and order number, then post your order back to us.
